PANCHAKARMA CANCELLATION AND BOOKING POLICY

When booking Panchakarma, a 25% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.

Cancellations made with at least a 14 day’s notice receive a full refund minus a $300 administrative fee, but please let us know as soon as possible so other guests can book with enough time to plan and do home prep.

If you choose to cancel within 14 days of your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. No-shows will be charged in full.

Once a PK series has begun, a partial refund is only possible in the case of a verified medical emergency.

Meals: Your visit always includes lunch, but please let us know if you won’t be dining with us, or, if you’d like us to arrange for you meals to go. Dinners are also available for $15.

If you need to reschedule, simply email us (info@suryaspa.com), or call us at 310 459 7715 with at least 9 days notice, and we will be more than happy to help find a new date and time for you to come in.

CONSULTATION AND SINGLE DAY TREATMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made with at least a 48 hours notice receive a full refund, but please let us know as soon as possible so other guests can book.

If you choose to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee, as you will for a no-show.
