How To Use

As is possible, warm the bottle in hot water, then massage oil into your body, starting with face, ears, and neck, always working towards your heart. When massaging arms and legs, use a circular motion around the joints and a back-and-forth motion on the muscles.

    Nourishing and sensual

    Marthas recipes are loyal to the ancient texts of Aryuveda but also have that added ingredient that she brings to the process, her signature touch results in a well balanced subtly blended oil that feels like a beauty product but which also has the weight of an ancient lineage of medicine behind it. I treasure this oil and use it sparingly as and when I feel my fie element is in need of a little balancing. I find that it works a treat and would recommend it to anyone who has the tendency to feel a bit riled up and burned out by the stresses and strains of our crazy modern world.
