    A versatile spice mix that's useful even outside ayurveda

    I started using this spice mix during panchakarma but it's so delicious, I've been using some in all sorts of dishes! It goes really great with squash for a fall soup everyone, regardless of diet, will enjoy. I'm finding ways to sneak it into everything I make these days, It's that good!
