    Bread is Life

    This bread is wonderful stuff. It is wholesome and nourishing, and yet it feels like you're eating cake.

    The balance of flavours in ALL Surya's breads is 'off the charts' good, and I especially love that they are not heavily sweetened, which is great for blood sugar. You can just feel the nutrient density in each bite. My husband and I like to toast it, and if we're feeling particularly decadent we smother it in butter or ghee. A loaf doesn't last very long!

    This makes a great treat, for giving to yourself or someone you love. I highly recommend Surya bread to anyone! 💚

    This bread tastes so dang good and I never feel bad after eating eat like other breads or sweets. It is nourishing and so delicious and I know I'm putting something good & healthy in my body, yum!!
