Black Lava Salt

Harvested from the Hawaiian oceans using traditional solar evaporation, these salt form with trace minerals intact. The salt obtains its dramatic coloring from activated coconut shell charcoal, which is infused with the salt, adding detoxifying and antioxidant properties. Salt has always been valuable. Ancient Romans used it as currency, and from salt came the word “salary.” We use this black lava salt to promote digestion, enhance nutrition, and because of the activated charcoal, to help detoxify, as well.
