    a must have for PMS

    I'm amazed at how well this works. It soothes my cramps and relieves body aches. I have started to do these baths every month before my period. I usually do a quick self-massage with Cooling Abhyanga Oil before my bath and then soak for a good 20 min. So relaxing.
