    Such a beautiful and balancing ritual

    I have struggled with yoni related imbalances all my life (uti's and yeast infections and so on) and getting into a ritual of steaming once a week has made me way more connected to that part of my body and in tune with how to keep myself comfortable and feeling good. I like to think about all the women before us who have used yoni steams at ritual self care over history and it makes me feel more connected to that lineage as well. Thank you surya for bringing it into my life!
