A Dosha Yoga Consultation will help you deepen your relationship to your body and to your own healing. During your initial consultation, Martha will gain an understanding of where your body is at and how a customized Ayurvedic yoga practice can best serve you. In conjunction with Olivia, our lead Dosha Yoga instructor, Martha will holistically examine your physical, mental, and spiritual goals and craft a yoga practice suited to your needs.
