Very interesting and insightful
I have never done an Ayurvedic test before (let alone an at-home one), so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Honestly, it was super easy to use and the app is very intuitive and informative. I’m so fascinated by the results and it has really helped me deepen my understanding/relationship of food and health for my self and for my family.
