In this 60-minute consultation (offered both in person and virtually), Martha will do a full health assessment, looking at every area of your life to holistically assess how to improve your welll-being. She will examine your pulse and look at your tongue to determine the imbalances happening inside your body and address all of your health concerns. She will help you create your personal dinacharya (daily wellness routine), prescribe a custom herbal blend or supportive remedies if necessary, and answer all of your questions.
